Refund Policy

Credit purchases are final. We do not refund generations you are unhappy with, because font generation is done by AI and AI can make mistakes; that risk is part of the product. What we do instead: failed attempts never cost you credits, and every finished font comes with a full preview and contact sheet so you can inspect every single glyph before using it.

If your upload is rejected as incompatible, or a generation fails for any technical reason, no credits are consumed. You only spend credits when a complete font family is actually delivered to your profile.

A delivered generation consumed real work and cannot be undone, so it is non-refundable, even if you dislike the result or a glyph came out wrong. Please review the contact sheet carefully; if a generation goes wrong, your drawing style may simply need clearer, more separated letters, and a fresh attempt often fixes it.

Charged twice, bought a pack by accident and used none of it, or credits never arrived? Email support@fontgarlic.com within 30 days with your PayPal order id and we will make it right.
